By visiting the site, submitting a form, creating an account, or using the client portal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or portal.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for suspected misuse, security reasons, or non-payment related to portal services.

3) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no harassment or spam.
• No scraping, bulk harvesting, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security.
• No uploading malware or interfering with site/portal operation.

4) Your Content

If you upload information, photos, or documents, you represent you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to operate the site/portal and deliver services. You retain ownership of your content.

5) Our Intellectual Property

The site/portal, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by RMR & Brothers LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable license to access and use them for personal or internal business purposes related to evaluating or receiving our services.

6) Estimates & Bookings

Estimates requested through the site/portal are typically free and valid for 30 days unless noted. Any actual work, pricing, scope, deposits, and schedules are governed by the Work Authorization / MSA and related project documents you approve in the portal or by email.

7) Payments via Portal

Payments may be processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay/Google Pay). We don’t store full card numbers. Processor terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

8) Third-Party Services & Links

We use third-party services for hosting, analytics, communications, and payments. Their terms/privacy policies govern your use of those services. We’re not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.

9) Privacy

Your use of the site/portal is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information in New Jersey.

10) Disclaimers (Website/Portal)

• The site/portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the site/portal is free of harmful components.

11) Limitation of Liability (Website/Portal)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RMR & Brothers LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the site/portal. Our total liability for any claim related to website/portal use is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid (if any) to access the site/portal. This limitation does not apply to services performed under a signed Work Authorization/MSA, which are governed by those written terms.

12) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RMR & Brothers LLC and our personnel harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site/portal or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state or federal courts located in New Jersey, except either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where permitted.

14) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the site/portal or these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated via email or in the portal. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
